In order to ensure consumer rights and improve the quality of after-sales service, GIFTS applies product exchange when purchasing on the website quatangqua.asia. Products are exchanged for new ones of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be fixed immediately (due to technical errors of the manufacturer).
Conditions for product exchange:
New products purchased within 03 days from the date of sale. For customers purchasing online, the time is calculated from the date the customer receives the product.
The product must not be old, scratched, deformed and satisfy the warranty conditions.
The returned product must have intact packaging and all accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any) ...

Cases where the exchange is not accepted:
Customers want to change the type and model of the product.
